BW Oakfield Group was established in 1998
It is licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission as a Trust and Corporate Service Provider
Separately, Kreston Pensions (Isle of Man) Limited is licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Insurance and Pensions Authority. The Group operates from the Isle of Man which has a AAA Credit Rating from Standard and Poors (Dec 2009).
BW is the Isle of Man’s only representative of Kreston International, a substantial global network of accountants and business advisors
The company has recently merged with another corporate service provider on the Isle of Man, creating one of the Islands largest Trust Companies with expertise in Trust and Estate Planning, International Trading Companies, Property and Private/Corporate Trust work including Employee Benefit Planning
The company manages and administers over 600 trust and corporate relationships, with underlying assets worth over £2 billion
