David A. Boothman
FCA - Director
David established Oakfield Corporate Services Limited in 1991.
He is a Chartered Accountant and has previously held the position of President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants – Isle of Man. David qualified with Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) prior to spending 5 years with Ernst & Young in Paris.
David has over 30 years experience of working in the Isle of Man. He also has extensive experience of working in the Far East and Europe.
David S. Pope
LLB - Director and Legal Counsel
David qualified as an English solicitor in 1992, He previously held the position of Director with one of the largest Isle of Man Wealth Solution Providers ahead of his establishment of the BW Group in 1998.
David has over 20 years experience of all areas of private client planning, is an associate member of the ACCA and the Isle of Man Law Society, a registered Legal practitioner on the Isle of Man and a member of the Probate Section in England and Wales.
He has gained substantial experience in all areas of, property development and investment, and, wealth preservation for High Net Worth Individuals. His internal role is to provide a legal overview of structures under our administration.
Stewart Davies
ACIB - Managing Director
Stewart is a qualified Banker and has been based in the Isle of Man since 1994.
He was previously Head of Corporate Banking with HSBC Bank plc, Isle of Man, before spending 10 years with a prominent Irish Bank on the Island as Group Head.
In 2002, he led the acquisition of Ernst and Young Trust Company Limited, Isle of Man, ahead of the sale of the business in 2006.
He is an ex-Director of the Association of Corporate Service Providers, the Isle of Man’s main trade body for Trust and Corporate Service Providers. He has also held the post of Chairman of the Isle of Man Junior Chamber of Commerce.
Anthony D. O'Mahony
FCA – Finance Director
Anthony has overall responsibility for coordinating the Company’s Finance and Compliance functions.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and became a Fellow (FCA) of the Chartered Accountants Institute in 2000.
Anthony has over twenty five years experience in the finance sector and has worked in the Isle of Man since 1994. He was previously Finance Director of a large Corporate Service Provider and a Director of a subsidiary of a leading International Bank.
