Stewart Davies
ACIB - Managing Director
Stewart is a qualified Banker and has been based in the Isle of Man since 1994.
He was previously Head of Corporate Banking with HSBC Bank plc, Isle of Man, before spending 10 years with a prominent Irish Bank on the Island as Group Head.
In 2002, he led the acquisition of Ernst and Young Trust Company Limited, Isle of Man, ahead of the sale of the business in 2006.
He is an ex-Director of the Association of Corporate Service Providers, the Isle of Man’s main trade body for Trust and Corporate Service Providers. He has also held the post of Chairman of the Isle of Man Junior Chamber of Commerce.
Anthony D. O'Mahony
FCA – Finance Director
Anthony has overall responsibility for coordinating the Company’s Finance and Compliance functions.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and became a Fellow (FCA) of the Chartered Accountants Institute in 2000.
Anthony has over twenty five years experience in the finance sector and has worked in the Isle of Man since 1994. He was previously Finance Director of a large Corporate Service Provider and a Director of a subsidiary of a leading International Bank.
Victoria Reynolds
FCCA, AMCI – Head of Client Accounts
Victoria qualified as a Certified Accountant in 2004 and became a Fellow (FCCA) of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2009.
She has previously undertaken a Client Accounts role with Coutts Bank, Isle of Man, before spending 7 years with a large independent Corporate Service Provider on the Island as Client Accounts Manager.
Victoria is currently a Board member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Isle of Man.
Mark Veale
TEP – Head of Trust Administration
Mark has overall responsibility for the delivery of BW Oakfield client administration services.
He also has relationship management responsibility for a number of clients.
He has been a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners since 2003 after completing their International Diploma in Trust Administration. Mark has over fourteen years experience in the offshore fiduciary services industry and has worked in the Isle of Man since 1995. He was previously Operations Manager of a large Corporate Service Provider after working for the Private Banking divisions of a leading International bank.
